• Advocate ID cards, parking stickers, or other member facilities
• Digital notices, announcements, and circulars of the Association
• Access to Bar Association resources and information

The Services are for advocates registered with Distt. Bar Association Rewari and are not intended for general public use.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and updates.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes related to your membership with Distt. Bar Association Rewari.
• Not share your login credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Comply with all rules, regulations, and bye-laws of the Association.

4. Technology Partner Disclaimer

The Services are powered by Gulisons Digital Pvt. Ltd., the official technology partner of the Association.

• Gulisons provides software, hosting, and technical support.
• Gulisons does not control membership decisions, advocate rights, or Bar Association policies.
• All ownership of member data and content rests with Distt. Bar Association Rewari.

5. Fees & Payments

• Membership fees, renewal charges, or other payments are determined solely by Distt. Bar Association Rewari.
• Payment gateways and digital payment facilities are integrated for member convenience.
• The Association shall not be liable for any failure or delay in payment processing due to banking or third-party issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Distt. Bar Association Rewari shall not be responsible for:
  • Technical errors, downtime, or service interruptions.
  • Unauthorized access due to user negligence (e.g., sharing passwords).
• Gulisons Digital Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for decisions, actions, or disputes of the Association.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, notices, and content published under the Association's name remain the property of Distt. Bar Association Rewari.

The software platform remains the property of Gulisons Digital Pvt. Ltd. but is licensed for use by the Association.

8. Termination of Access

• The Association may suspend or terminate member access for violation of rules or non-payment of fees.
• The Association reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Services at its discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Rewari.
